I have spent the last ten years working with children and adults through the lens of outdoor education and therapeutic recreation. I’m deeply passionate about the restorative power that the outdoors can have. With this background, I use an integrative process that utilizes somatic and mindfulness modalities to promote self-exploration, awareness, and healing. I aspire to assist clients through life's challenging moments with a strength-based and humanistic approach.
