Do you wish you could feel at home in your body? You're not alone and making change is possible. I specialize in chronic illness/pain, disordered eating, and body image with an understanding from both personal and professional experiences. I am grounded in fat liberation and the diverse abilities/capabilities of all bodies, while acknowledging that we do not owe anyone health and deserve to exist just as we are, unapologetically.
