I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, domestic violence, and the pressures that come with simply being human. I have a passion for supporting those who carry the emotional weight of caring for others while trying to care for themselves. My empathy and sympathy run deep - not in a surface level "I'm sorry you're going through this" way, but in a way that pushes us to truly understand the why behind your patterns, your reactions, and the places you feel stuck. I believe that long lasting change happens when we go beneath the surface and finally understand the layers that shape who you are today.
