My passion is working with adults to overcome the challenges and complexities of life that can feel heavy and exhausting. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with carrying the mental load, parenting stress, grief, and those who are feeling stuck and in a place of dread, ick, or experiencing overwhelming worries and fears.
