I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with individuals through the lifespan from pre-adolescence, teens, young adults, and adults. We all need an opportunity to be seen and heard. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore everything on your mind and find ways to get unstuck. I support clients who may be struggling with grief and loss, chronic or acute medical challenges, anxiety, parenting and family challenges, depression, self-esteem, and overall stress. Therapy for children and teens includes both individual and family support. We will work together to make an action plan to achieve progress.
