My ideal clients are individuals who are looking to enhance their lives and create meaningful changes. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be navigating addiction or substance use, processing trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or working to understand the impact of codependency or difficult relationships. My ideal clients may be early in recovery, questioning their relationship with substances, or managing co-occurring challenges. They don’t need to have everything figured out—they just need a willingness to show up and make healthier choices. I am an AMFT and CADC therapist intern providing strength-based and client-centered therapy services. I aim to support clients in achieving meaningful growth through personalized care, effective resources, and an inviting environment that fosters healing and self-discovery.
