Whether you’re navigating life changes, relationship struggles, or childhood trauma, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, humor, and no judgment. I use a blend of CBT, family systems, psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and play therapy (yep, even Legos can be therapeutic). I work with individuals, couples, families, and kids to help untangle the tough stuff and find healthier ways forward. Clients say I’m easy to talk to, a great listener, and someone who truly gets it.
