I am passionate about providing non-judgemental space where everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and empowered. As with any behavior, addiction has many underlying causes that vary from person to person. I believe that the addictive behavior is the symptom, and exploring the feelings, established cycles, and root causes behind those behaviors is where the work towards recovery begins- reframing thought patterns, recognizing and nurturing strengths, and developing new coping skills to create the life you choose for yourself.
