About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and provide support for adolescents and young adults. I have experience in both clinical and school settings. I have lived in several different states and gained valuable experiences, from working at a private school for students with learning differences in New Jersey, to working as both a middle school counselor in Colorado, and a therapist at a group private practice. Along the way, I have gained experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and executive functioning.
