Hello, I'm Megan! I'm a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has been practicing for about five years. I received my Masters from the University of North Florida, and have had the absolute pleasure of helping children (6+) and adults in all stages of life. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. When you're facing anxiety, depression, life changes, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered, and offer the occasional bad joke. In your first counseling session with me, we'll take some time to get to know each other and create a comfortable (virtual) space where you can share what's been on your mind. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you'd like to work on, and begin developing a plan tailored to your goals.
