I support teens navigating the confusion, hurt, and instability that can surface when a parent’s sexual betrayal impacts the family system. My approach focuses on helping adolescents make sense of their feelings without placing blame or asking them to choose sides. I offer a safe, steady space where teens can explore emotions like anger, anxiety, or loyalty conflicts, and learn how these experiences affect their identity and relationships. Using developmentally appropriate tools, we work on grounding skills, emotional regulation, communication strategies, and healthy boundaries.
