Developing positive relationships with my clients is an important part of therapy. My approach involves asking thought provoking and mind-challenging questions to help my clients see things in ways they may not have previously thought about. I believe homework assignments are the key to helping clients enact positive change at home, outside of the therapy room. I embrace the values of compassion and humor in my work. I aim to connect with my clients where they are, and strive to help them work towards the place they want to be. Therapy only works if you're ready to make changes in your life and do things differently.
