I am passionate about working with individuals working on developing a health self/body image, working through family issues, blending families, life transitions, fertility struggles, among many others. Goals of our time together may include integration (matching your outsides to your insides, so to speak), embodiment (feeling at home in your body), freedom, living truthfully, growth, self awareness, and peace. These goals may feel lofty, but each is possible, wherever you are now. Our goal is not that life will never be uncomfortable, but that you can sit, and cope, with anything that comes your way. My approach is person-centered and holistic, meaning that I want to partner with you as the expert in your own story, start from where you are, and tailor our time together to your individual needs. I work from a place of acceptance, and I am sensitive to how your cultural identity, lifestyle, sexuality and gender identity impact your experience.
