I worked as a therapist & supervisor for a local community mental health agency for over 10 years, where I developed a specialty in working with adolescents & adults, particularly around anxiety, depression, relationships & boundary setting. My ability to form trusting & genuine relationships with my clients is one of my strengths, and my hope is that we can develop a relationship that feels comfortable & grounding. It is my belief that you are the expert on you, and that by working together we can explore the skills & knowledge within you. To best serve my clients, I work from an eclectic framework, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models, including SFBT, CBT, Narrative, Gottman Method, & more. By utilizing various skills and approaches, I adjust interventions to serve the unique needs of each client.
