I often work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. Perhaps struggling with anxiety, trauma, identity, or simply navigating life, including navigating life as a neurodivergent person. They want a space where they feel safe, heard, accepted and need support developing tools to manage life’s challenges. Their goal is to heal, grow, and feel more confident and connected in their daily life. They may not always know exactly what they need at first, but they know they don’t want to face it alone, and want to move at their own pace in their own way.
