I believe in a client centered, strength-based approach to therapy. I have experience working with clients with mental illness, substance use disorders, relationship stressors, and trauma. I support the self determination of my clients and help identify ways they can achieve their goals. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and ensure I provide a safe, supportive environment for all clients.
