I bring over 4 years of experience treating adolescents, young adults, and adults with a particular focus on anxiety, grief, adoption, trauma, and life transitions. I support my clients by collaborating to build resilience and teach coping skills in a supportive, understanding environment. I believe in meeting people where they are and that building the therapeutic relationship by using a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy empowers clients to make changes that are necessary and will lead to client success.
