Hi, I'm Megan, a warm, inviting therapist who works with teenagers and adults. I'm here to help you work through trauma, cope with anxiety and depression, and move towards living the life you want. I believe that every person deserves a safe and comfortable place to talk through stress, share their fears, and receive nonjudgmental support. I have training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with spiritual concerns, have involvement in the criminal justice and child welfare systems, and who are going through life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers and parents.
