I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings warmth, compassion, and authenticity into every session, with the goal of helping clients feel truly seen and supported. My clinical background includes extensive training and experience in perinatal mental health, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder treatment/Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I have experience treating mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, substance use disorders, and severe mental illness.
