I work with people from all walks of life who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what's next. Teens exploring their identity, parents navigating divorce, new moms adjusting to life with a baby, college students figuring out their next move, people starting a new career, and older adults trying to reconnect with adult children. Even if your situation doesn't fit neatly into a category, my goal is the same: to meet you where you are, respect your experience, and help you take the next step forward.
