People consider therapy for many reasons and every reason is significant. Life can be difficult and suffering is inevitable at times. Relationships can also be challenging and people often desire more positive connection and understanding in relationship with those they love. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address these issues. My caseload primarily includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and marital and family conflict.
