Welcome — I'm glad you're here! I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions or relationship challenges. Whether your child is struggling emotionally, you're a teen feeling overwhelmed, or an adult trying to find direction, therapy can provide a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow. My style is warm and collaborative, and I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT and DBT. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel seen and heard, and also help strengthen ability to manage emotions and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.
