You've made a brave choice to get help and finding a therapist can be an uncomfortable process. I work hard to create an environment that is accepting and comfortable for a wide range of identities and abilities. I offer confidential psychotherapy to individuals of all ages, available online and in person at my St. Johnsbury office. In therapy we will explore the relationships and events in life that have impacted who you are and what you do. We will uncover patterns of behavior, notice what is getting in the way as well find sources of motivation to guide you towards meaningful change. For children, I use play and creative activities to engage with what matters to them and address their fears and anxiety. With adults, therapy can range from solution-focused work to deeper exploration, incorporating art and movement when words aren't enough.
