I provide individual therapy for adults navigating major life transitions, challenges, and trauma. My practice addresses co-occurring issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, family of origin issues, codependency, perfectionism, trust issues, and problematic behaviors. etc. Additionally, I offer career counseling. I also have a strong understanding of women's health and social issues across the lifespan, as well as experience with 12-step recovery principles.
