Are you in need of a compassionate, accepting, nonjudgmental therapist? I specialize in working with neurodivergent folks and members of the LGBTQIA+ population around issues such as gender identity and expression, boundary-setting, and self-acceptance. I also enjoy helping with trauma healing, sex therapy, anxiety, and relationship issues. I am poly/kink informed, size inclusive, sex worker friendly, and sex positive. I see primarily adults and adolescents ages 12 and up. I recognize that people are affected not just by their own individual brain chemistry but also by the larger systems and cultural factors that influence their lives. My approach to therapy is based on collaboration and a recognition that you are the expert on your own life. I believe in building on the strengths and resources you already possess.
