As a psychotherapist, I partner with individuals who want to work with/on their relationships, family dynamics, trauma (past or present), grief, identity, anxiety, and/or depression. My primary specialty is working with adults who experienced attachment trauma or grew up in a dysfunctional household, working to resolve how those experiences are manifesting negatively in the present. Additionally, I specialize in relationship issues and grief. I work with people who are highly motivated to engage in their own healing process in order to grow, change, and cultivate possibilities.
