If you're struggling, I want you to know it doesn't have to be so hard, and you don't have to go it alone. Together we can begin to understand and cope with emotions and situations which can seem overwhelming. Relationships can create such powerful movement in our lives, and offer real hope. I share a profound respect for your choice to begin therapy, and will provide a non-judgmental space to express yourself. Anxiety, loss, transition -- often these struggles give us opportunity to grow and deepen our knowledge of ourselves. I work with people on issues that cause disconnection and disruption in their lives. My background and training is in the treatment of eating disorders, body image struggles, and sexual abuse. My goals are to help you reduce anxiety, reconnect to yourself, and find emotional peace and wellness.
