About

I am a pre-licensed postdoctoral fellow in clinical psychology with specialized training in providing therapy and psychological assessment across the lifespan. Over the years, I have worked in private practice, community mental health, a state hospital, and university-based clinics, which has given me a wide range of experience supporting individuals and families with diverse needs. In my work, I draw from evidence-based approaches and my style is collaborative and strength-based, with a focus on tailoring treatment to each client’s unique goals, culture, values, and life experiences. I have a particular passion for supporting underserved and minoritized populations and for helping people navigate post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, dissociation, depression, anxiety, personality dynamics, and relationship challenges. In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to help clarify diagnoses and guide treatment.
