As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have worked with individuals including athletes, those within the LGBTQ+ community and those living with various mental health disorders. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, life traumas, depression, life transitions, stress, domestic abuse, and grief. I provide a safe space with a nonjudgmental attitude that facilitates trust, healing, and change. It isn't easy asking for help, or admitting to yourself when something is wrong.
