Throughout our work together, I hope you feel empowered to live a life that is increasingly congruent with your authentic self. I take an integrative approach that looks at the whole person. Your thoughts, feelings, nervous system, and intuition all matter. Each of these avenues provides valuable information and influences the way you experience the world. My style is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theory while addressing nervous system regulation and somatic techniques.
