As difficult as it might be to start the process, finding a therapist who is a good fit is one of the most important steps you can take. My goal is to help you figure out what works best for you and how to start taking these steps to move forward. In addition to individual therapy, I also can provide supervision to social workers still in school or with their LCSW needing an independent clinical supervisor. I have spent the past ten years working in community mental health, helping those with persistent mental illness live their lives independently. I particularly love working with folks one-on-one. I specialize in a person-centered and solutions-focused approach to help people meet their goals in a zero-judgement space.
