Beginning therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncomfortable, but I strive to provide a warm, caring, and down to earth atmosphere. Our therapy space is a judgment-free zone - a place for you to be your true, authentic, imperfect self. I am a sounding board for you to share your pain and fear, and celebrate your sucess and growth. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome their obstacles with the appropriate tools and insight. My job is to help you uncover the barriers and past experiences that created these obstacles.
