Taking the step to seek counseling can feel overwhelming, but it’s also the beginning of a powerful journey toward healing and self-discovery. You’re here because you’re ready to explore new possibilities for growth, and that’s something worth celebrating. I’m Megan, and I’m here to support you every step of the way as you navigate this path toward a more fulfilled and balanced life. I offer individual counseling for adults, teens, as well as couples counseling, and draw from Psychodynamic, CBT and Person-Centered theories to guide our work together. This journey requires dedication from both of us, and I may ask you to apply tools outside of our sessions or reflect on what we’ve discussed.
