Hi there! At my small, private practice, you’ll find a relaxed, personal space where you’re more than just another appointment. I’m a Therapist that helps people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship or family struggles. I also have a background as Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience working with people. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support you in understanding yourself better, handling tough emotions, and finding what really matters to you. Together, we’ll work at your own pace to create positive change that feels meaningful and lasting. My therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including IFS/Parts work, ACT, and CBT, all tailored to address the unique needs of each client.
