I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience working with adults and adolescents. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and interpersonal stressors. I have many years of personal and professional experience working with families impacted by foster care and adoption and am a foster parent myself. I also enjoy working with first responders and continue to learn and educate myself in supporting our front line folks. I am an optimistic and upbeat person and I enjoy helping my clients learn to love themselves and see the world in a more positive light.
