Are you feeling overwhelmed or totally shut down? Do you have memories that are hard to look at or have changed the way you view yourself and the world? Do you know you want to feel better or but don't know where to begin? My clients are generally working on recovering from traumas in their lives and changing the resulting fixed patterns and stuck beliefs. I especially value providing support and healing to survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault. I help couples who are dealing with conflict, trauma, infidelity, intimacy issues or disconnection. I also love to work with health care workers and first responders.
