I help people who feel like they have to perform to be loved: the perfectionists, people-pleasers, and quiet overthinkers who carry a lot of shame on the inside. You will be a good fit for me if you've struggled with shame, difficulty processing your emotions in a healthy way, or noticing the impact this has on your relationships. If you grew up feeling like you had to perform, stay ‘strong,’ or earn love to belong, you’re not alone. I help people heal the quiet shame and emotional exhaustion that comes from a lifetime of people-pleasing. If that resonates, I’m currently accepting new clients.
