Whether you are a teen, new parent, or recent empty-nester, know that hope and healing are within reach. While a variety of life circumstances can contribute to stress and feelings of discontentment, suffering does not have to accompany this period of your life. As a certified perinatal mental health provider, I particularly enjoy helping those experiencing pregnancy and postpartum-related concerns, as well as infertility and grief/loss. While perinatal mental health is a specialty of mine, I also enjoy helping with various life challenges, specifically through the use of EMDR. My experience in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings has humbly equipped me to assist with symptoms of depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and suicidal ideation.
