I'm a therapist based in Denver & provide telehealth too! I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and caregivers. With teens, I support them in addressing their anxiety, depression, confidence, and school struggles, including ADHD. With adults, we work on building their self-worth and finding out who/how they want to be in relationships. And for caregivers, I support them as they try to become the parent they needed as a child, often confronting their inner beliefs and generational cycles. Most of my clients have an inner voice, asking “Will I ever be enough? How come this keeps happening? What is the point?" We’ll start by building an understanding of your goals- and it’s okay if you’re not sure what those are quite yet, we'll figure it out together. From there, we'll continue to build a map of your inner world. My style is warm, direct, and connection-based. I bring in a blend of both somatic experiencing, IFS, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
