I work with women ages 18 and up who are looking for support in navigating new chapters whether that be college, relationships, postpartum & motherhood, divorce, or beyond. While these seasons are often the backdrop for some of life's most beautiful moments, they can also bring immense stress. Once we realize something (or maybe lots of things) about our life doesn’t align with what we envision or expect, that distress can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, or even lost, and we often need someone to help us make sense of it all so we can move forward.
