Welcome! I am a compassionate and experienced clinical social worker who approaches my work with an open heart and authenticity. When I ask clients to describe my therapeutic "style" they often mention my sense of humor, affirming nature and direct approach. I find great joy in building relationships with my clients, helping them explore the depths of self and finding deeper meaning in their day to day lives. I utilize social justice, harm reduction and liberatory frameworks, and am a Heath at Every Size practitioner. My practice is tailored specifically to providing outpatient therapy to adult clients living with or in recovery from eating disorders.
