Meghan earned a Bachelor's in Social Work at Saginaw Valley State University and a Master's in Social Work from Wayne State University. She works with children, adolescents and adults with anxiety and depression symptoms, resulting from low self worth, traumatic events, large groups of people, negative thinking and more. In session, Meghan uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as a strength's based perspective to assist clients in identifying the messages they send to themselves that fuel their thoughts/feelings of shame.
