I strive to work with individuals who are facing life’s challenges and seeking a space where they feel supported and understood. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or navigating transitions, I aim to create a warm, compassionate environment where clients can explore their experiences openly. My hope is to help people gain clarity, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. I take a client-centered approach, selecting from CBT, positive psychology, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, gestalt-informed techniques, and existential approaches based on each client’s presentation and needs. I support reflection, insight, coping skills, resilience, and authentic living.
