I enjoy working with adults to provide insight, perspective, & advice around many of lifes challenges, changes & transitions. My personal experiences & clinical training lay the foundation for my eclectic, practical & humorous approach with my clients. I look forward to helping people achieve their goals, address their worries/anxieties, heal, & find their joy. I also offer Parent/Caregiver Consultation for individuals who have or are caring for an adult child with mental health issues. By partnering with me, you can learn productive strategies to engage, help, & motivate your loved ones in ways which are meaningful. I specialize in treating adults who are struggling with perinatal & postpartum mood disorders, infertility, & other significant life stressors or transitions. I also work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, loss, & unhappiness. Therapy with me is a relational, curious, & solution focused conversation, ever evolving based on your needs and priorities.
