Our lives can feel so overwhelming, with endless things to do, deadlines and decisions to make, and challenges to navigate. It's hard to know what to do with all the thoughts and emotions swirling around in our heads. With everything going on in our lives, and the world right now, it's even more important to develop coping skills and have an appropriate outlet to process experiences and "empty out" our heads, sort through the jumble and confusion, and make sense of it all. We tend to view our troubling thoughts as embarrassing and scary, and talking through them makes them much more manageable in a the safe space therapy offers.
