I believe that healing takes place differently for each person. While there are common traits across the experience of healing, there is no other person on this earth that must walk in your shoes for a lifetime. Understanding your strengths and unlearning those beliefs that have kept you feeling stuck is where I aim to set a foundation for your self-work. My goal is to seek out and heal the "root" cause of fears and anxiety, and additionally, to establish your own personal sense of safety after traumatic experiences. I consider it an honor and privilege to hold space for you.
