You do NOT have to set yourself on fire to keep everyone else warm! I help overwhelmed adults learn to slow down, loosen the reins on perfectionism, calm the anxiety, and feel more connected to themselves and others. I've been told that I'm super easy to connect with- often from folks who haven't found the right fit in a therapist yet. I deeply believe that change is easier with the right support! I fully commit to showing up as my authentic self to give you space to do the same.
