I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of general mental health disorders, including coping with stress and treatment of disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. My patients struggle with a variety of mental health symptoms that make it hard to manage day-to-day life. Very often there are major life events that make these symptoms worse, such as receiving a new medical diagnosis (cancer, TBI, chronic pain) or entering a new phase of life. It can be hard to adapt to major life events, especially when you are trying to manage a pre-existing mental health disorder. I am here to help navigate these changes.
