Hi there, I'm Meghan! I am very passionate about helping individuals improve self-compassion & self-love that may have been adversely impacted by past or current hardships, negative thoughts, trauma, and/or other additional factors. Being person-centered is very important in my work, and I want it to always feel like a collaborative and warm space to explore feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I want you to feel very involved in your treatment, and think of me more so as your guide or helping you steer the ship! My approach is direct, but gentle, and I am here to collaborate with you and help you achieve your goals for therapy.
