I work with those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, but still hold onto the hope that life can feel different. They may be struggling in their relationships, caught in unhelpful patterns, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. What they want most is to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives. Ultimately, their goal is to move beyond surviving and into a place where they can truly thrive, and my role is to support them on that journey with compassionate care.
